Event 58: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Low Split 8-or-Better

A Fossil for Henson

Greg Raymer has just exited the tournament, leaving Ray Henson a signed fossil on the way out the door. We came to the table with Greg Raymer all in preflop against Henson and one opponent. Henson and the other player still had plenty of chips, but opted to check down the {6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} board. Here is how all the cards looked at showdown.

Henson: {a-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Raymer: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Hearts}

Henson and the other remaining player chopped up the pot, while Raymer was eliminated from the tournament. As Raymer always does, he signed a fossil and gave it the person who busted him out of the tournament. As the pot was split, Raymer simply gave it to Henson, seemingly because Henson was sitting closer to him.
